A great idea from us!  After you get your set, go to your local hardware stores tile section and pick up a piece of tile or stone tile, of your choosing.  This can act as a cutting board for cutting limes, oranges, and lemons.  But it also is a great carrying base for the set.  Plus when you're all done it can go into the dishwasher for washing.   We like to use granite tiles for this, but it can be whatever you like.
