Caesar Chicken


  • 4 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  •  cup parmesan-cheese grated
  • ½ cup sour-cream (optional)
  • 1 cup caesar-salad dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons of chopped parsley


  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Spray on the interior of an 8×11" baking-dish with non-stick cooking-spray.
  • If the breasts are irregular thickness, then pound them to an even ¾-1" thickness.
  • Sprinkle the breasts (either side ) with grated parmesan-cheese & freshly-ground black-pepper, and set in the prepared baking-dish.
  • Mix together sour cream and caesar dressing and pour on the sour pour evenly over every breast
  • Sprinkle remaining grated parmesan cheese on the top.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  • Turn the oven to broil and broil the breasts till the chicken turns golden-brown. It may burn fast, so watch it carefully.
  • When completed, remove from the oven and cover with foil and let the chicken to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy.
